FAQ

1.  Do you take credit cards?
Yes, we do accept credit cards.  Proceed through our checkout page and you can select the Credit Card payment option.

2.  How come I can’t create an account?
You may have already registered an account with the email address being used.  If you forgot your password, you can request a new password.  You can also contact us so we can change the password for you.

3.  How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is determined by the size of the package and the shipping location.  For a quick estimate, you can add the items you want in the cart and click on “View Cart” to find the “Estimate Shipping & Tax.”  Please note, this is only an estimate and the actual cost is subject to change.

4.  Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do offer international shipping to our customers.  Orders are shipped through UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on your location and the items you ordered.

5.  When will my order ship?
Once your order has been processed for shipment you will receive a shipment notification via email that will contain tracking information for your order.  We normally ship order within 1-3 business days if your order was submitted before 3 PM.  You can also check the status of your order by logging in to your account using the tab located at the top of our website.

6.  Can I ship using my own account?
Yes, you may ship using your account.  Select the shipping method you want to use and leave your shipping account number in the Order Instructions/Comments box.  We will refund you for the shipping charge.  Another option would be to call in and we’ll add the order for you using your account so you don’t have to wait for your refund.
