Returns

We make the process as easy as possible for you. If you have a return, please fill out the return authorization form on our website. You must fill out this form to help us process your return quickly and smoothly. We will email you with instructions about where to return your item. Items returned without completing an RMA will not be refunded until you contact us.

Restrictions

Please read the following restrictions carefully before ordering. We do not accept all items in return. You are responsible for handling your items in a way that retains eligibility for a return, exchange, or refund.

   1. Promotional flat rate or free shipping does not apply to returned items. Actual shipping charges will be subtracted from your refund.

   3. If your item arrives with shipping damage, or it is defective, contact us within 48 hours so we can remedy problem immediately. Items will not be accepted for return or refund after they have been damaged from misuse.
