Circuit Assembly eStore sells cable assemblies and connectors directly to the consumer at a price they wouldn’t be able to find at a retail store or even other ecommerce websites. Our Warranty:

Circuit Assembly provides a lifetime guarantee against defects and labor on all custom and standard cables. We stand behind this policy because we thoroughly quality check all of our products and would never sell a product that we wouldn't expect to work for the customers lifetime. If there is a problem with your cable or connector that is not due to misuse or unusual wear and tear, CA will replace that product free of charge. Please note that custom cable assemblies are non-cancelable non-returnable once they are ordered. Our warranty does not apply to damage from misuse or any consequential damages.

Returns Policy

We are committed to providing the customer with a risk free shopping experience at CA, not sure if this is the part you really need? Don't worry, we accept returns with in 30 days for full refund with no re-stocking fee. All we ask is that you pay for the return shipping. 

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

You should expect to receive your refund within 24 hours of receipt.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping Information:

Yes we ship internationally! USPS makes this quick and affordable, USPS Priority International can be as cheap as $10.

Circuit Assembly ships via UPS and USPS. While UPS offers guaranteed delivery dates, USPS does not. However, USPS First Class mail is equivalent to ground shipping and delivery time will depend on your distance from California. Priority Mail takes 2-3 days almost anywhere in the United States. The fastest domestic shipping method we offer is Express Mail which is guaranteed to arrive in one day from when it is shipped. USPS mail is trackable online so you will have confirmation of shipment and arrival.

If you need a guaranteed arrival date we recommend using UPS for your shipping method.

Unlike other stores where you may pay for Next Day shipping and receive your order a week later due to slow processing, we promise to ship every order within 24 hours. If your order is placed before 10am PST we guarantee it will ship the same day. We pay special attention to each order as it is received and attempt to ship it out as quickly as possible. Please note: there are occasional situations in which an error in a shipping address or a backordered part may occur. If this is the case we will notify you within 12 hours of receiving your order to discuss how to resolve the issue.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
