Brazilian Customers requires a valid Tax ID for Customs Clearance purposes. If correct information is not provided within 5 working days after shipment arrival, the shipment will be returned to us. In that case, we will need to charge you our incurred shipping costs. So please email us or update the order note with your valid Tax ID when ordering.

International customers are responsible themselves for all duties and taxes on importing into your country.
For certain remote regions of Russia, India, Australia, and New Zealand Fedex will sometimes charge a out of area shipping charge which is not calculated by our website. We will advise you if this is the case for your address and send you a paypal money request for the additional funds. International orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
